Edgewater Place Condominiums consists of 16 single level luxury homes with a spectacular view, perched above Boulevard Park in Bellingham.

 

 

 

It  has some remarkable features that have yet to be executed as well. For example, the ceiling is hanging on 50 isolators which are spring-like mechanicals  that absorb and isolate sound transmission. Also, although  Edgewater offers residential living, it is the first  building I have ever seen that is commercial construction for residential useage.  About time!  Maintenance and reserve problems are in the effortless category. 

 

Other unusual features are that there  are two overflow company rooms that residences can rent�like furnished hotel rooms on site and an exercise room or community room to use for any community activity. I have saved the best for last, or course�there is a bonafide �man-cave� where residences can go and join in on shop activities. Perhaps a flat screen tv and a game ?  And don�t forget that there is  a secure parking garge that has heated coils in the driveway to ward off snow and ice days! Now that is Cadillac living!
